Para Mamás Latinas del Inland Empire y el Sur de California
Soy Dolores.

My Story
15 years ago, I was a working mom in Corona, CA who needed childcare I could trust — and couldn't find it or afford it.
So I got licensed, opened my home, and turned my dining room into a daycare. Within 12 months, I was full — 8 kids, $6,000/month, and I never had to leave home.
Now I teach other mamas exactly how I did it. Step-by-step. In Spanish and English. No confusion. No guessing. Just results.

Submitted in 6 weeks
“I had been trying to figure out the licensing for almost a year on my own. With Dolores I had my application submitted in 6 weeks. She literally walked me through every form in Spanish.”
Passed first inspection
“I was so scared I was going to mess up the inspection. The home-readiness checklist saved me — the inspector said my house was one of the cleanest applications she's seen.”
Full in 4 months · 8 kids
“Within 4 months of opening I was full — 8 kids. The pricing calculator alone was worth the price of the whole course. I'm now making more than I did at my old job.”
Real templates, real support
“Dolores is the real deal. She answers in the community group personally. I've taken other courses and this is the only one that gave me actual templates I could use the same day.”
3 enrollments week 1
“Being bilingual matters. My parents are mostly Spanish-speaking and Dolores's intake script worked perfectly. I had 3 enrollment calls in my first week of advertising.”
A New Category — Not Another Course
Most daycare training is designed for people who already have a degree or a big budget. The Maldonado Method™ was built from scratch — by a Corona, CA mama who figured it out herself — for mamas just like her.
Different — Not "Better"
We're not trying to be a better version of what already exists. We're the first system built from the ground up for bilingual mamas in the Inland Empire and Southern California.

The day I almost lost my license over a juice box
Hola mama,
Year 2 of my daycare. A Monday morning. The inspector knocked at 9:14 a.m. — I remember the time because I was pouring apple juice into a sippy cup for a 18-month-old when she walked in.
She didn't even say hi. She walked straight to the kitchen, picked up the juice box, and said: “Dolores, this is not on your approved snack list. Where is the parent permission for added sugar?”
My stomach dropped. I had every form for every kid — except one. I had switched from water to diluted juice three weeks earlier when one of the boys stopped drinking. I never updated the consent form.
That one juice box could have cost me a citation. She gave me 48 hours to get every parent to sign an updated snack consent or it would go on my record.
Lesson I've never forgotten: any change — food, nap schedule, outdoor time, even a new toy — needs a parent signature BEFORE the kid is exposed to it.
This week, pull out your parent agreements. Are they still accurate? If you've changed ANYTHING in the last 60 days, send a quick update form today. Use my template (link below).
Te quiero,
Dolores
